UntoFlow – Terms of Service

Welcome to UntoFlow.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the UntoFlow mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using UntoFlow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About UntoFlow
UntoFlow is an AI-powered assistant designed to help users manage and analyze their social media accounts. Features may include content suggestions, performance insights, analytics, and workflow tools for supported platforms.
UntoFlow does not guarantee growth, engagement, revenue, or platform-specific results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use UntoFlow. If you are under the minimum age required by your local laws, you may not use the Service.
By using UntoFlow, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

- All activity that occurs under your account

4. Connected Social Media Accounts & Third-Party Services

- Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. UntoFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party service.
- You may disconnect your accounts at any time.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
UntoFlow collects and processes personal and non-personal data to operate the Service, including:
- Account information (such as name and email)
- Connected account authorization tokens
- Usage and analytics data
- Subscription and purchase information (handled by app stores or payment providers)

6. AI Features & Limitations
UntoFlow uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and insights.

- Suggestions are informational only
- You are responsible for reviewing and approving all actions before publishing or using them
- UntoFlow does not make decisions on your behalf without your explicit input.

7. Content Ownership & Permissions
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or connect through UntoFlow.
By using the Service, you grant UntoFlow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and process your content solely to provide the Service.
UntoFlow does not sell your content.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use UntoFlow to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Spam, automate abuse, or engage in deceptive behavior
- Bypass platform safeguards or restrictions
- Misuse AI features in harmful or misleading ways
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
9. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Some features require a paid subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled through the stripe payment provider.
10. Service Availability
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or third-party issues.
11. Termination
You may stop using UntoFlow at any time.
